  up date 25 april 2026 , the store failed to look in to this correctly , further team leader been really rude to me on phone and starting to argue with me also This issue over the pharamcy at store , i went to get my praivte medcation on 09 april 2026 , my app was 14.00 due to pharamacy not checking the app didnt get seen to at least 15.20 pm and didnt leave the store until 15.56 pm . Tesco reduce my amount to pay by £42.00 but this didnt cover the amount i taken off work at the time. yesterday being 20 april 2026 , i went in to yardely pharmcey becuse of the issue with the Mounjaro 5 mg not injection correctly , when i went in to store they tried too call leciester approx 5 time and i tried to call the store too no joy , the duty manager phone kepty going to 02 voice mail , the leicester pharmacy they kept rejecting the calls too. up on the yardely store doing new review to re issue he medcations too me, i found number of faults and worrying aspects too. 1 - the pharcmacy manager or the store do action plan and not told me about and made this up , for me this seriolsery 2 - failed to put correct label on the medcation box missed it off the Mounjardo 3 - didnt porvied me the Moounjaro booklet of which should of been provied 4 - key information been missed off too last visit its really worrying why this happend and coming from soemone who been working for tesco for long time and pharmacy manager for leciester.
