  At least 7 or 8 people at each check out. Customers, not staff. This is due to only two check outs being open. Getting as bad as Sainsbury.

  The manager Maria atkins was so rude . I was returning something for quality issue and has a receipt . She kept me waiting at customer service for over half am hour ! She refused the return and I had to call head office . Really really disgraceful how they treat their customers 😕 then she just walked away

  This place has been trying, they have had a change round which sometimes doesn't help people that like familiar set up or surroundings and it's stressful. Can be very busy at the front of the shop but a variety of things stored in there. Sometimes the toilets are worse ones I use. They do have disabled toilets and shop ok for wheelchairs. Disability parking is shocking as general people just park as close to the front in the spaces even on odd lines. But plenty of disability parking.

  Disappointing Customer Service at Customer Desk I visited the store to do a straightforward, like-for-like size exchange on a pair of trousers. The price of both items was identical, yet the staff member at the customer service desk was dismissive, abrupt, and completely unhelpful. Instead of processing a simple exchange, I was rudely told I had to pay a difference because my original purchase was split between cash and a voucher. When I asked for clarification, I was met with zero patience or explanation. Due to the unhelpful and hostile attitude, I decided to cancel the exchange entirely and requested a full refund. To make matters worse, I was told my vouchers would be credited back to my account/card, but my receipt provided no proof or breakdown of this refund being processed. The poor attitude and lack of clear communication at the desk were unacceptable. Customer service staff should be able to assist customers politely rather than making a simple transaction unnecessarily difficult.
