- OOOpti402Apr 26, 20261.0I preferred it as Co op. The place looks dark and dingy now. The prices are much higher than elsewhere. Staff attitude is poor, they need training in customer service and at the least how to smile! There are limited items in stock. On occasions empty freezers as shown. Not one option for ice cream when I went in. Minimal staff at checkout, you have to ask them to serve you.

He won’t say please or thank you and didn’t even ask me for my club card so that I could get a discount. He should get sacked! He’s very unprofessional and I’ve started shopping elsewhere now. No wonder people just run out of the store without paying for things!
