  Not a single please or thank you from cashier. Was wanting to use cash and when said cash please was huffed at. Not acceptable wont return

  When shopping at this Tesco you are at the mercy of the cashier ability to actually ring you up properly or you will be accused of shoplifiting due to the cashier not correctly charging you. Then you have the securtiy guard whose just not very bright or useful on some sort of power trip and likes to be rude. Not very helpful at all, wouldn't come to this tesco again, I work retail and if I forget to charge someone for something it comes out of my wage, we don't stalk the person and make them feel like a theif even when they are a regular and usually pay, what kind of shoplifter would take items to the till? Does not make sense, instead of accepting the errors of your staff you blame the customer, you shame the customer. Brilliantly stupid.

  I work with the Leicester GOV.UK and I will personally make it that this specific store gets continued Customer service audits going forward. I have never seen such rude/Miserable/Unfriendly staff In my entire life there is no costumer service in the store and once someone comes over eventually (for items that need authorization) they are verbally in polite and look you in the face as if it is my fault that they work there . There is no sense of training being provided to them . This applies to All the staff in that store including the management that worked on the day of 20/03/2026 when I presented the situation to him he just schrug it of attemting hide his badge.
