  Been a loyal customer to this store for nearly 2 decades ! Sheila geeta aruna amazing staff 👏 but The Recent night staff Have been unhelpful task orientated no acknowledgement and resistant to open a till . You have lost my custom

  Poor customer service by Jonathan at the Aberdale Road store tonight at 8 PM. He has no basic customer service skills, showed no remorse, and refused to give his name or call a manager. Instead of passing our change, he just put it down. After 18 years, they have officially lost my custom. Management must take immediate disciplinary action, review the CCTV, and ensure he is sacked.

  Not happy my old mom who is 76 went here and doesnt understand selfserve and not used to technology and the indian chap behind the counter was sooo rude and didnt want to serve her. What a disgrace as we have been using this tesco since 2007. You have lost a whole family of customers and will spread the word 😡

  Small tesco express clean and a reasonable selection. Also some items have aldi price match like milk

  A lady called Binti was serving an older lady and I have never seen anyone speak more rudely to a customer ever in my life. She was incredibly intimidating to the woman who clearly needed help and I felt incredibly sorry for the lady who was simply there to shop. I asked her colleague what role Binti had and she was supposedly a ‘higher up manager’ and was in charge of the store and she had tried defending Binti saying ‘she didnt mean it that way’. Absolutely vile customer service and when I asked them for the store managers email or phone number they had given a donation email and a fake phone number!
