I have work between London and Leicester and every week I grab something to go from this Tesco , unfortunately this has been back to back weeks where the nomadic clusters yoghurt is clearly spoilt. Extremely sour yoghurt and broken packet. Shambles of a business to charge a premium and not even have stock that is clean or in good condition. I expect a response to this and be issued a refund , its not about the money but the principle.

Ive just experienced awful customer service from an a sales advisor at london road tesco express. I encountered difficulties at the self help till and so tried to get the attention of "bina" as she was near to me. Maybe a language barrier or plain ignorance? She walked passed, ignored me and headed to the till (She could see i was struggling). At the tills she started to serve another customer ignoring me again. Then when I called her out and explained I had been waiting at the self help check out she pressed some sort of buzzer. Another very kind gentlmen of an assistant approached me and began to assist (thank you to you!).
