  Sorry but while the food is good, the seis horrible. Very rude and judgemental. A few people walked in after me and the way they looked them... yh no.

  Service was ridiculously slow considering there was 4 members of staff on the floor. Claire made our sandwiches, she asked me what I wanted in it and I said chicken- she then proceeded to add cheese and toast it without even asking. I am lactose intolerant. Claire also served us on the till and has a bad attitude, didn’t smile once, until ANOTHER member of staff came into the floor and she shouts “HERE SHE IS” completely ignoring us. Stood there after we used contactless payment with a rude face on her staring into space until the receipt printed. She hands us the receipt and pushes our food towards us and says nothing.

  Pro.: - Subway Con.: - Sometimes rude/Idoncare staff - False opening hours information (see below) Went into shop to grab a sandwich (well, that was the plan) about 17:06, found the door locked. Opening hours showing that should be open until 18:00, no additional information was visible related to any change in service. Staff and site manager was in, knocked on window to find out what's wron. Manager was on phone, show that it's locked and gone. No chance of communication.
