  I asked a staff member whether the breads or sauces contain egg, since my wife is vegetarian. She rudely told me to check the app, then Google. She also refused to let me redeem my expiring £4 reward because the machine wasn't working, and said that wasn't her problem. When I phoned to complain, the manager told me to "shut up" and hung up on me. This is completely unacceptable customer service. I have reported it to Subway UK. Avoid this store.

  Visited today and had a really good experience. It wasn’t too busy, the place was clean and the service was quick. The staff were friendly and provided great customer service. The food was fresh, and parking is available too. Really happy with my visit and would definitely come again.

  scammed me off a 30% discount because the machine was not working properly, scanned the code the first time it used my discount, then checkout lady said there's an error and my discount went away from my app and I couldn't use it again

  in this subway store particular one staff name Bhavna , she is is amazing person as she serve very nice customer service , well manged and making very nice subway totally recommend but only when she is working otherwise the other person they don’t care about customers…
