Toilet is there in the corner in dining area so I think it should be for customers as well. I can completely understand that may be toilet is not allowed for random passer by but I have ordered my meal finished it and then asked for using toilet. They have denied I request again and again and also I just wanted to go for quick number one because of cold not even for number two or anything. Most importantly both of the staff members raised their voice and used bad gestures and told me to leave. I was a genuine customer there not drunk or anything. CCTV must be checked from I entered to I exit. 19/07/2026 19:50 and later. Also I have asked about the manager one of them said we are not here for those things and all. I have left the premises with pain in stomach and also very worst feeling for this particular store. Never going again and also never recommend to anyone. Thanks
