  Went here for the first time and overall had a good experience. Parking can be a bit difficult as the free street parking outside is limited to just 10 minutes. The staff were friendly and the bread was nice and fresh. I went at night so it was fairly quiet. The only thing I noticed was that the store could have been a bit cleaner. Other than that, everything was good and I’d happily visit again.

  ⭐ Very disappointing customer service – incident at around 6:15 PM today I witnessed a very uncomfortable incident at this Subway today at around 6:15 PM. A male member of staff was serving a customer who was directly in front of me in the queue. The customer was simply asking questions about the toppings because he had an allergy and wanted to make sure the food was safe for him. Unfortunately, the staff member responded in a very rude and aggressive manner. He was shouting at the customer and even told him to leave the shop and "I am not going to prepare anything for you", making it clear that he was not happy to serve him. What made this particularly disappointing was that the shop was not busy at all — there were only around three customers in the queue. I could see that the customer became visibly panicked and uncomfortable. His facial expression showed that he was genuinely scared to ask any more questions, despite the fact that he was only trying to clarify the ingredients because of his allergy. Nobody should be made to feel like that when asking a reasonable question about the food they are about to eat. Thankfully, another female member of staff came over and took over the order, and the customer was eventually served. I was running late for my night shift, so I didn't have the opportunity to raise this verbally at the time. However, I feel strongly that this incident should be mentioned because the way the customer was treated was completely unfair and inappropriate, particularly when he was asking questions related to a food allergy. I hope management reviews what happened and reminds staff about the importance of treating customers with respect, patience and understanding, especially when someone is asking about allergens. Customer service should never make someone feel intimidated for asking a genuine safety-related question.

  Order 2 footlongs online, delivery by uber and got bread only i can say as only filled with mayonnaise and tomatoes. Rubbish quality, Rubbish work. I didnt know that subway is providing this types of food. Paid for diamond and got copper inside. Feel so disappointed this is not customer paid for. Paid for bread and lettuce. So disgusting, no one picking up call nor didnt get money back. Beaware people to order from this shop again also specially at night night. Rubbish quality!!!! Don't order food from here. Don't waste money here!!!
