  Bread was completely stale and hard, and there was hardly any filling. Couldn’t eat it. Disappointing experience

  Hi I would like to share my experience and not sure if this is how Subway deliver their customer service, today I visited the store and had to wait half hour to be served along with a new starter who appeared to be finding it difficult to complete tasks and support from the adults didn't appear to be useful as well as Uber orders coming in they got priorized throughout my wait, one of my orders came with little to no cheese on and 12 inch sub I felt like I was eating just bread. I haven't been to subway for years and now I remember why. Thank you for the refresher.

  Went in to order a subway and was told to order on the kiosks which we did. One of us ordered double meat, when we got home there wasn’t double meat, so that was a waste of money. Also had a cookie which tasted really stale. Plus the Staff seemed rushed with uber orders and the kiosks are strange, As subway is known for ordering at the counters and it’s a lot faster to tell the staff what you’d like rather than a screen?
