Ordered food for my daughter and myself and the burgers weren’t cooked at all, freezing in the middle and literally bright pink. She had ate half before even realising. Won’t be ordering from here again.

My dad went to collect an online order of loaded fries with crispy onions. When eventually served (after being ignored) the fries were plain with no cheese. After my dad asked for cheese one of the female staff became annoyed and rudely stated that he said no cheese- this encounter never happened so that was either a lie or confusion. She then added cheese on top of the fries with no effort to ensure it was correctly mixed leaving a very gross appearance i have never seen before. I don’t understand how this misunderstanding took place in the first place when loaded fries should automatically come with cheese and fry sauce. The only reason it shouldn’t, is if the online order had specifically selected no cheese. This is not the first time we collected loaded fries with no cheese from this place. I have never encountered this at other five guys so I can only imagine it is down the staff at meridian. Completely put off by ordering in future.
