  If I wanted to witness someone being bullied by their boss I would watch a repeat of a Gordon Ramsey programme. The little asian lady needs to think before she speaks and get off the backs of her staff. Does she even realise that customers are only feet away?

  I used to say McDonald's was like my love life. Fast and pretty darn good. But no longer fast, no longer good and no longer cheap. My kids still like it which is the only reason I go if not for a coffee. It's evident that they are measured against drive through performance and will send you to a bay to keep their times in the range but they'll have you waiting 10-15 mins on your food. Recently ordered 2 standard 1/4 burgers (no amendments) and it was 13 mins until they arrived to me in the bay.

  Went to the drive through. They forgot milk and sugar for the tea and then forget we were waiting for food. I don’t usually go to McDonalds but was I a rush and they failed to deliver fast food!

  Me and my sister had had a lovely day shopping in Sprucefield and felt a bit peckish so went to mcdonalds for some dinner. Upon entering we noticed several young staff members who seemed lazy and unbothered about their work. Everything seemed sloppy and unorganised. There was one we noticed in particular who was building the burgers but was slapping the patties down with unnecessary force - even wiped his nose on the inside of his collar a few times - absolutely disgusting behaviour. The boy was rather tall - above 6 foot for definite, biggish ears and i think blue eyes if i seen correctly. Should hold himself accountable and I hope this restaurant bucks up its act as soon as possible as it is absolute shambles.

  Would’ve been an enjoyable experience with the kids to end our shopping day with a nice happy meal. Walked in and the first thing we could hear was the young staff behind the counter arguing together - at least hire staff who know how to keep professional. Then after thinking it couldn’t get any worse the member of staff on the fries was holding a medium fries and eating them while filling up the empty cartons. Completely unprofessional. He then snarled my three small children. The boy was quite tall - around 6’3-6’4, had one of those curly mullet hairstyles and wore glasses. Absolutely unprofessional from him. Should’ve been better management throughout.
