  No one there when we arrived. Going to cinema and thought it would be quick option, especially as early and quiet. It took over 30 minutes to wait for food. We had to wolf it down in record time. Had to leave stuff we didn’t have time to eat. Nearly missed cinema. No real apology from staff. AVOID.

  Visited with family after a day out, thought it might be too busy with new cinema releases and pay weekend and it was but it was handled so well! Ryan, Stephen and the team were phenomenal from start to finish. Jennie on the till was welcoming and knowledgeable, Tanisha, Ash and Jay were a service force to be reckoned with! The food was hot and tasty! Thank you team! Will definitely be back!

  I went here with my Wife for an early lunch. There was no queue when we arrived and about three tables already served. My Wife and I ordered our food which was chicken tenders, fries,a burger and a milkshake. When we sat down the waitress came over and mentioned the milkshake machine was not working and was offered churros instead and was also given a cup for the soft drink machine. As we sat I noticed the cook had put our order on the pass and we waited for around 15 minutes. I then decided to go to the pass myself and advised the cook that this was my order and showed my receipt. The cook apologized the food was not brought to our table and I said it was ok and took the tray and served me and my Wife. After eating our meal the churros we were offered was not on the initial tray I took so we waited a further 15 minutes. Then I asked the waitress if we were getting churros. She said she would ask the cook and then never came back out. I checked through the pass to see the waitress was cooking the churros. So I returned to my seat and ten minutes later we had our churros. The cook was highly professional and the food was amazing. The whole milkshake/churros lack of communication and service made for an eventful experience. 😅

  Not sure if I had a bad batch, but the chicken was rank and half of it was inedible. The food was absolutely stone cold and had to wait 30 mins for 10 wings and some chips. Got my food eventually and left, opened the bag after I was away and the chips weren’t there. I wasn’t far away, so I drove back and said to the girl. She tells me she’ll get it sorted, so I wait another maybe 8 minutes. The whole time, I’m looking at the pass where theres a box. It’s been sat there the entire time. The girl is just in the back doing I don’t know what, then finally brings me out the cold, soggy box of chips that were sat there. I knew full well they were mine, but thought maybe they would remake them. Literally so gross, will not be back. Judging by the reviews too it’s quite clearly something that needs attention 🤷🏽‍♀️

  Ordring was chronically slow. Lots of orders were left sitting on the pass with no one apparently free to take to tables. The pass was covered in random fries falling off the baskets. I would not say the restaurant was busy. If they were under staffed i have all the sympathy but that is not the customers issue. Food took 30mins to arrive. Some fries were left off our order, not sure if the eye roll received was for us asking about it or the person who made up the order. Chicken was great when it arrived to be fair, flavours are good. The fries were cold and clearly cooked long before the chicken.
