    Just got a delivery and you forgot the whole fridge section of my items and then management informed Tesco that essentially they didn’t and that’s it apparently. Told me I’m not getting a refund and to have a nice day. In this economy, over £20 worth of stuff and you’re just going to lie because you cannot be bothered checking properly or? I’m not sure? Management need retraining on how to deal with customer refunds as this isn’t acceptable. I spend hundreds every week getting stuff delivered from this store. Shocking
