  Very disappointing experience. The service was poor, and the staff were rude and unprofessional. The restaurant was dirty, and the restrooms were extremely unclean. I also noticed that some employees did not wash their hands, which is very concerning from a hygiene and food safety perspective. Another disappointing issue was that whenever a customer placed an order, some staff members would speak to each other in their own language (I believe it was Hindi, but I'm not sure) and then laugh. As a customer, this felt disrespectful and made me feel uncomfortable, as it gave the impression that they were making fun of customers. Overall, it was a very unpleasant experience, and I would not recommend this location.

  I asked for coke zero and I was given full sugar coke. I am a type 1 diabetic, so my levels are now dangerously high, and ill be up most of the night trying to bring it down. I was also argued with over a blue light card, only at the end of the argument was it finally explained that it is a franchise owned burger king. Had this been said at the start it would have made things a hell of alot easier. Absolutely wouldn't go back
