Had drinks without straws, spent so much to get a free Mc griddle they didn't put it in the bag, pay for extra sauce and they dont give it you ive even had a big mac turn up with no top bun absolute joke i nipped in on Friday for a wrap and while I was waiting i could just see staff and managers stood around in the back having a good old chin wag no wonder they cant get an order right
