  Been served by a chap called Sam. He is not good at his job. Every time I have ordered two very simple drinks - he gets it wrong or asks me three times what I wanted. He’s rude. Unfriendly and honestly - lacks any kind of attention.

  Great place and excellent staff . Food was nice apart from the sausage which looked as if it had been deep fried leaving the skins difficult to cut or chew.

  I collected a breakfast. The lady on reception is always polite and helpful. She is very efficient and does her very well.

  Terrible staff, the young lass with the mucky purple hair needs to either be re trained or let go, honestly worst experience ever in a brewers fayre.

  Waited over an hour for food. My food came out looking like it had been thrown on a plate and tiny amount of chips. My partners mixed grill was cold and all the meat was cold. After speaking to the sever ( Sam who was impeccably polite and doing a very good job) we were informed it would be another 15 mins wait which meant my partner would be eating alone. He decided not to eat at all and asked for a refund. Very disappointed as very used to love eating there before going bro the cinema. Put a damper on our date night.
