- SSSue77May 16, 20261.0I’ve been several times using the drive through and have been bitterly disappointed each time. It takes forever to be served and the food is average to awful. Today I waited 20 minutes. They have no concept that a drive through is to save time for customers in a hurry! Today I went inside to see why my order was taking so long. It was sitting on a counter top, just sitting there. The coffee was cold and the bacon and egg McMuffin turned out to be sausage instead which I couldn’t eat!!! An orange juice was missing and a flatbread was cold. Why do they bother!!!

- ZCZoe CarrApr 20, 20261.0Safe to say I’ve been to a few McDonald’s in my time and skem maccies is the worst. Food is never up to spec or hot. I was once told the cheese isn’t suppose to be melted but she was missing the point that hot food melts cheese. It wasn’t hot and I’d waited ages for it. The wait times are crazy even for items that are clearly desirable on the menu and should be prepared. It’s meant to be fast food and I’ve just waited over 20 minutes yet again parked up from the moment I paid to have cold food that’s thrown together. Managers clearly don’t care as it’s been the same problem for a while now. Will be traveling to Maghull or Kirkby from now on but what a shame - just drives people out the area. They don’t seem to be getting the same inspections as everywhere else.
