  I ordered 1 hour before close, food didn’t turn up, I wouldn’t have cared if they told me to order from somewhere else, not a problem, but they took the money and left me hanging

  Worst food ive ever had in my life an to top it off there was a penny under the pizza in the pizza box the food was cold took 2 hours to be delivered we had to recook some of the food absolutely disgusting will never be ordering from here again SORT IT OUT!!!!

  I ordered food online through Just Eat, and it never got delivered even though the app said it was. It took me two days to get in contact with the store; my schedule was too busy for me to go in person. When I finally got in touch with someone, they answered very rudely before I even told them my problem. When I told them what happened, the guy on the phone said, "So." I asked if there was a way i could still get my food or a refund and he said there was nothing he could do and hung up.
