  Had multiple failed deliveries of these idiots rang and no answer no pizza and no refund absolute joke

  Awful Service Ordered 2 Magheritas with extra cheese (one with stuffed crust), a garlic bread and a fanta. Order takes around 50 minutes to come, no fanta and barely any cheese on either pizza. Rang up to complain and they agreed to send us a fresh order, said would be with us in less than 30 mins. An hour goes by and a lad comes back with it, we open the first box which has the stuffed crust and is much better. Opened the second box and they sent us a Pepperoni, when on the box it literally said Cheese and Tomato. Rang up again to tell them this, didn’t even want another pizza at this point but it’s just a joke how they can get it wrong twice. I’m a vegetarian as well so that was an absolute waste. Bit of advice, read the label of the box before you put the pizza in! Doesn’t matter how busy you are it’s not that difficult and to get these things wrong over and over is a joke. Would choose another store next time.

  I really wish there was a ‘no star’ option? We placed an order to collect £40+ Left them more than adequate time then arrived to collect. Only to find our order had been sent out with a delivery driver, but not to our address 🤬 He apologised (without any feeling) and told me he would give us a free side - no discussion, but told me it would taken 10 minutes - bloody hopeful! I stood around while many orders came and went and was told I was getting a free cookie, I don’t eat many sweet things and given a choice that would have been at the end of the list of choices. Our order arrived back with a driver while I waited… Eventually he gave me the order however I still had to ask for the drink and dip that had returned with our original order. A new pizza takeaway has just opened a few doors down, you would have hoped they would have made an extra effort to get trade? Obviously not 🤬
