- RRRacheltoday1.0I ordered a takeaway, with 4 items on it and they forgot one of them. Every single time I order from here they mess up the order. I used to work at a McDonalds. It’s not that difficult to put 4 items in a bag. If I could, I would put minus stars. They’re also rubbish at giving refunds. If you can, go to literally any other McDonalds.

For a company as big as McDonald’s, you’d expect orders to be checked properly before being handed out. I got all the way home only to realise that half of the order was missing. I then had to drive all the way back to the store and requested that the full order be replaced, as the original food would obviously have been cold by the time I’d driven back and forth sorting the issue out. To make matters worse, I was then greeted by a very rude and arrogant manager who stated, “I’LL DECIDE WHAT YOU GET.” I’d strongly suggest anyone visiting this store checks their order before leaving, because the management and customer service were absolutely dreadful. McDonald’s — sort your staff out.

Not the first time not sure why we bother going to any of the outlets but always live in hope it will surprise me one day!
