  Very poor long time customer recent deliveries cold and delivered by miserable impatient driver. Save your money trust me, really poor for the price.

  Ordered and waited over an hour for food, contact the store who advised they had delivered. No knock at the door, no phone call. Open my door to find my order had been left on the door stop in the pouring down rain. Called the store to explain and was told we delivered, nothing else we can do. Explained I wanted a new order sent out and to take the soggy order back, eventually agreed to send a new order. Another hour waiting, called the store, was hung up on 4 times. Finally got to talk to someone who said we’re shut now nothing we can do. The store shuts at 1am, this is 11pm. Was then hung up on again, tried to call repeatedly and have been hung up on every time since. DO NOT order from this store, they have absolutely no interest in fulfilling an order and give you repeated lies when trying to speak to someone to resolve.

  Ordered food at 9pm and now 11.15pm with no food. After the first hour I called and was told my food was left in my doorstep, no phone call or knock at the door. The lady eventually agreed to send out a fresh order. After 45 minutes and still no food I tried to call back and they ignored my call. I rang from a different number and was told I wasn't getting food & to call back and speak to someone else tomorrow. Absolutely horrendous experience. Never order again. EDIT: Store has rang me after seeing the review, offered store credit and asked to delete the review. I said I wouldn't based off terrible customer service however somewhat pleased that they've attempted to rectify the situation
