Extremely unprofessional and disrespectful staff!
I visited this branch to pick up an Uber Eats order, and the staff's attitude was absolutely terrible. Before the employee even said anything, I had already swiped to start the delivery on my app. Without even checking, he started aggressively ordering me around, demanding that I swipe and confirm the pickup right in front of him.
When I calmly showed him my screen to prove that I had already started the trip, he doubled down on his rudeness and kept arguing, demanding further confirmation. I told him clearly, "Brother, I have started the journey now, and I will finally confirm the drop-off once I reach the customer's location." Instead of realizing his mistake, he kept escalating the argument and power-tripping for no reason.
Delivery drivers are providing a vital service to your business and deserve basic human respect. We are not your personal employees to be shouted at or treated with suspicion. Management seriously needs to train this staff on how to behave professionally. Completely unacceptable behavior!

Ordered food last time and they sent the wrong thing, couldn’t get a refund but said they’d send the order free next time. Ordered it again tonight and still got it wrong, not sure if there’s a potato tot shortage either as the portions for a standard size were ridiculous, I won’t be ordering again
Really appreciated the friendly service and patience while working out my ideal order from the vast menu. Highly recommended.
The food choices here are much better than their rivals. Delivery is ad-hoc, sometimes fast, sometimes painfully slow but you tend to get a decent pizza when it eventually arrives all the same, yet sometimes they forget the bottled pop you've ordered which is very annoying. So with that in mind, they've dropped service points for delivery times being inconsistent and forgetting parts of the orders! Other than that, it's an OK/kinda recommendable take-away, but there are much better in the area such as 'Fresh Pizza Cheadle Hulme'.
Today I ordered two extra large pizzas and was only given two dips, which just isn’t enough. I asked for two more, and the staff seemed hesitant to provide them. It doesn’t make sense that the same number of dips is given regardless of whether the pizza is small, medium, large, or extra‑large. The amount should match the size of the order.
I’ve been visiting this outlet for the past five years and have always had good experiences. The previous staff were friendly and never had an issue giving an extra dip when requested. Today was very different, and I left feeling disappointed. It feels like even basic things are being restricted now — even when customers are spending over £20 on pizzas, they’re still being asked to pay extra for dips.
This isn’t the level of service I’ve come to expect from Papa John’s, and I hope this feedback is taken seriously.
