- RWRhiannon Wilkinson2 days ago1.0Entered the drive way with one car in it for a quick snack as it’s too hot to cook back home and I was out anyway. Ended up waiting 30 minutes in the drive through for one side piece of mozzarella dippers. Didn’t park any cars up just left the cars and passengers to cook alive in the blistering heat. If huge orders were parked it would’ve been okay. 20 minutes of waiting was for 2 cars. In this weather it’s absolutely disgusting and should value the feelings of the public more.
- SSSkye2 days ago1.0Went to McDonald’s after the Wembley match at around 10:40pm last night and the experience was awful from start to finish. The order screenshots clearly show what we asked for, yet somehow almost everything was wrong. The Crispy Tikka Chicken Wrap had barely any tikka flavour or filling at all. My cheeseburger order only had extra pickles added — no other modifications — yet it arrived missing the salad completely. We also ordered a 9 Chicken McNuggets meal and only received 6 nuggets in the box. What made it worse was the service. Staff were rude and clearly didn’t want to be there. When we politely asked for extra ketchup, it was practically thrown into the bag while we were given dirty looks. After a major Wembley event you’d expect the place to be busy, but that’s no excuse for careless food prep, missing items, and poor customer service. Completely unacceptable and really disappointing.

- KWKerry WMay 7, 20261.0Unfortunately service is really poor here. Extremely slow with lots of staff stood around the front counter chatting. Said delays in the kitchen but didn't seem to send any staff to help. Extremely unbothered by the delays even though it wasn't peak rush period. Took 20 minutes for a simple burger to come out. Would recommend just going to a different place to eat on the retail park.
