  Went through the drive through tonight and spent about £25 thought it would be nice to grab something to eat on my way home from a late shift I live approximately a 3 minute car ride away from this McDonald’s and my food was STONE cold I understand accounting for the journey home however to be this cold is ridiculous especially after sat waiting for 15 minutes in the drive through. Not the first time this McDonald’s has served disappointing food if they remember to actually add all items paid for that is and the funny thing is you can’t even ring to complain cause not a single staff member answers that phone! I’d be ashamed if I owned this particular franchise there neighbouring McDonald’s are putting you to literal shame.

  Terrible drive-thru experience and even worse management response.I ordered through the drive-thru and waited around 15 minutes before getting my food. I pulled into the car park to eat, but when I opened the bag the entire meal was stone cold. I immediately drove back around to the drive-thru window to complain and ask for a replacement.The manager refused to do anything about it. He said the order was placed 20 minutes ago so he “couldn’t help.” This excuse makes no sense — I had already been waiting 15 minutes in the drive-thru for the original order. Being told I had to accept cold food after such a long wait was ridiculous.On top of that, the manager was rude and dismissive. He also lied to me, claiming they start preparing the food as soon as the order is placed. I later checked online and their own information clearly says they only begin preparation when the customer is about 3 minutes away.A 15-minute wait for drive-thru food is unacceptable by itself. Receiving completely cold food and then being treated poorly by the manager when I tried to resolve it is even worse. This manager’s attitude and refusal to fix a clear problem needs to be addressed.I will not be returning to this location.

  WORSE MCDONALDS IN LANCASHIRE!!!! STAFF DO NOT UNDERSTAND BASIC INSTRUCTIONS ! WRONG COLD FOOD EVERY TIME WE ORDER!! THE COKE HAS TASTED FLAT FOR WEEKS ! DONT EVEN DESERVE 1 STAR BUT WAS NO OTHER OPTION ! SORT THE RESTAURANT OUT OR CLOSE IT DOWN. TAKEAWAYS WITH LESS STAFF ARE MORE RELIABLE THAN MCDONALDS THAT IS RAMMED WITH STAFF SERVING COLD FOOD AND NOT FOLLOWING BASIC INSTRUCTIONS
