  1hr 30 minutes for delivery. I rang Papa John's Wigan and a lady answered, a blunt and rude tone to her, she said they don't have any drivers. When the food eventually arrived, the food was hot and nice. The delivery driver was also rude because he didn't read the delivery instructions to ring or text on arrival as there's no buzzer for the apartments. I won't be using this restaurant again as there's been a few big issues with other deliveries.

  Ordered for the first time ever at the beginning of the week, got a vegan pizza due to dietary issues and tasted great going down. Unfortunately a few hours later it didn’t taste great coming back up and missed out on a day of work as I was in a pretty bad way. Not sure if there was dairy or if there was something wrong with the meat but that was absolutely horrible

  Place is a joke waited 1 hours for delivery but had no contact. Rang store and they said they had no drivers. So turned up to store and there was a massive queue of drivers waiting for pickups. Finally picked up order and received the wrong sides. If ordering from here best to pickup instead of delivering

  Food is great from papa johns. i ordered through deliveroo which they then accepted the order and was told on the app that my food was being prepared. After an hour of waiting i have rang to ask how long will my order be and the lady on the phone said there was no delivery drivers available to drop my pizza off. They could have contacted me to let me know but did not. i am not very happy with this. If they had no drivers why would they accept my order in the first place. Lady on the phone was pretty rude and was saying that i wouldn’t receive a refund so i had to contact deliveroo which they did resolve the issue but still not good customer service
