  Ordered my usual and never had an issue the years I've been eating from here, ate the first slice and noticed when picking up the second slice, hair under the pizza, moved it to see a pile of hair as if someone had shaved into the box, also hair inside the pizza itself as well, rang the store who said a replacement would be sent out and this one picked up. Everyone I interacted with was lovely however the replacement went uneaten after the first one made me feel sick, raised a complaint to try and get a refund but was told because I CHOSE the replacement and not the refund I wouldn't get it which would be fine if I was given a choice

  Use Domino's Rawtenstall whenever we want a pizza. Always excellent customer service. Food always arrives hot & within the expected time & this time was by delivered by G Murtaza who was very friendly......
