Does wot it says on the tin, we only shop at tesco if there is a bargain on wot we won't, sometimes it's a bit cheaper with y club card,
Geoffrey Murray was super helpful and helped us find our product, it's very rare nowadays where they walk you to the aisle and find the product for you.
Absolutely horrific, 100% racist, and criminal behavior from the staff at the Blackpool Road store this morning. For absolutely no reason, a routine self-scan check on 43 items was intentionally weaponized and escalated by an Indian female staff member. She acted with extreme hostility, dumping our shopping bags out and throwing items onto the floor. When I told her these items were for my little one’s birthday celebration in a few days and were falling on the ground, she ignored me and called for backup.
Three other colleagues swarmed us—including an older English female, a younger English female, and an English guy named Dom. They aggressively emptied everything, scattering our food behind the tills and onto the floor. They deliberately tried to defame us in front of other shoppers, coming right into our faces to create a massive scene. They mockingly shouted "get out" and laughed hysterically to humiliate us and make it look to surrounding customers like we had done something wrong.
Most severely, the younger English female employee came from behind and physically assaulted my wife by shoving her in the back. Because of our distinct Muslim appearance, we were entirely racially targeted. Withholding food from our children while laughing in our faces felt like a cruel, disgusting imitation of the blockades in Gaza, leaving us feeling completely degraded.
The behavior was so appalling that other shoppers intervened. An elderly gentleman openly told the staff that emptying our shopping onto the floor was absolutely unnecessary. Multiple customers later approached us to apologize on behalf of the store, stating the staff's behavior was horrific and that they desperately need major customer service training. Even the store's own security guard came over to apologize to us out of shame, admitting that these specific staff members routinely target Muslim customers with this kind of treatment. Everything is fully captured on the store's CCTV.
I told them repeatedly their behavior was unprofessional, but they were fueled by racism. I have full video and photo evidence of the assault and abuse, which they tried to hide from by covering their faces and name tags. A formal complaint has already been submitted directly to the Tesco CEO and executive team, the police are actively investigating the physical assault, and I am escalating this to our local councillor. I will fight this to the very end until all four of these individuals are sacked. This store is highly dangerous. Far from great.
Checkouts hardly opened. They want you to use self check out but if you want to use cash then it's designed to do small shopping as hardly any space after scanning. At times its mismatch weight error. If you want to go in for few bits then it's fine but normal shopping don't bother. Go elsewhere.

The restaurant is clean and they do great coffee but the breakfast is the worst I have ever had , toast cold and hard , scrambled egg was scrambled writhing the inch of its lid , mushrooms synthetic and dripping in juice ,hash browns soggy the only thing that was right was the beans - very disappointed
