  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I went into Tesco Mobile at Deepdale today after having so many problems with my mobile service and struggling to get things resolved online. I was helped by Dan, and I honestly couldn't have asked for better customer service. Dan was absolutely amazing. He spent nearly two hours with me, patiently going through everything and doing his best to get the problems sorted. At no point did I feel rushed, even though it took such a long time. He was friendly, understanding, knowledgeable and genuinely wanted to help. After having such a frustrating experience trying to deal with the problems online, the service I received from Dan was a complete contrast. He is a real credit to the Deepdale Tesco Mobile team and deserves recognition for the time, patience and effort he gave me. Thank you so much, Dan. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
