  Guy accused me of stealing just for not scanning the Tesco bag. I clicked on screen 1 bag instead of scanning it but to prove so I had to buy two bags so he would be happy but no he got pretty upset and started getting aggressively toned before telling me to not come to the store or to shop anyway if I’m upset with the price of the bags! He had a dark beard, almost no hair, big build. Any threats and I would’ve gone to the police but seems hard to report staff to Tesco so I’ll do it through here.

  Thank you to the helpful security guard who was on tonight, the 31st May 2026 at just after 10pm. He helped me find a particular item. He then helped me scan my items as I had never done it before. He even asked if I wanted to see if I could get any savings on my purchases. I was hesitant and then I said OK. Turns out I got some money off. Thank you very much to that kind security guard. He's given me a lot of confidence in using the scanner in the future.
