Our subs were left on the counter visibly for over 10 minutes while he completed another delivery order first, when we got our food almost 20 minutes has passed. The service is terrible, definitely not worth the wait. Just get delivery, they probably do it faster than in-store

Maybe some staff re training is needed certainly not the service subway as a company would be proud of. To top it off the staff member who served the second half of the sandwich had just been to the toilet and didn’t where gloves.

Single staffed, waited over 20mins, after paying was told the coffee machine is not working, too much cross contamination, poor hygiene, the most miserable staff member ever. Please give this store an audi. There were soo many angry customers!
