Lack of staff and drivers. Food took an hour and a half to arrive. If I didn't call the place as soon as I noticed it was 20 minutes overdue max wait time I would have not recieved an update. Lady on phone said they only had one driver on. Poor communication and poor management. Food arrived still warm though, so can't complain. We were starving though and was in touch with uber for a refund 5 mins before the driver arrived. Not ordering from here again.
