  Well we walked into five guys. It said if you have any allergies please go to the till went to the till explained we had a dairy allergy. They gave us a menu to check ingredients all the buns had Dairy in. I asked the guy at the till if they could do a burger bun that had no Dairy in He said he couldn’t Answer that and speak to the manager AJ the manager came over. I asked him again if he could do a burger with no dairy he’s said he couldn’t answer that then he said we could have a burger with no bun. Another guy came up to the till and asked for the Wi-Fi password again he said I can’t answer that! Shocking customer service All the signs say to go up and ask about allergies they can’t even answer the questions. I think they need some More training. So we a Party of fivedidn’t actually eat at five guys As they couldn’t Provide the food Shocking All of the restaurants can provide some form of dairy free.

  Burger excellent and loved the grilled onions.. Andrea very helpful cos we gave our order at the till point.. Not a lover of the seating or atmosphere. Fries good too.. Overall pretty expensive but as there were only 2 of us it was affordable..Just..!!

  First time I've ever had a Five Guys meal, and to be honest, it was a bit of a let down. For the price we paid for four people, came to £63.90! Seemed expensive but thought the food would complement the price, however when we got the food, the bacon was cold on both burgers, the chips were too greasy and over all just wasn't a good experience from what we were expecting with the hype around it. One saving grace I will give Five Guys are the milkshakes! They were great, especially the Reese's one! ======================= The food was ok, I'd recommend trying it for your own thoughts but I don't think I will be coming back, essentially for the price. ======================= The staff were lovely, we had an issue with the automatic shade outside and they fixed it. The issue we had was the shade was retracting when it's warm and we'd like somewhere to sit outside that's cool (the temperature was 24°C with no clouds). In my opinion it's a reason not to get an automatic shade or at least have it locked until later on in the day at end of day. ======================= In my opinion, I wouldn't recommend going if you don't want to spend a lot and getting disappointed. If you're going to go, the milkshakes are nice!
