We never got our order. We managed to order online but the store called me saying they don't deliver to us. I assume it was a technical error. I feel like they should have still honoured it and instead called up to say we don't normally deliver to your address but if you are okay with your order maybe not being as quick or hot as we normally do we will still deliver your order. We were so disappointed. However I get that these things happen, I have given two stars because they did call me in plenty of time to order somewhere else. I just wish they had delivered our order.

Absolute shambles. Sent a pizza out that I'm allergic to, even though I specifically ordered without the allergen in question. then had to spend half an hour on the phone to them and WhatsApp them pictures of my order and the pizza to prove they got the order wrong. Very poor customer service. Never again
