- MCmarina cibaJun 28, 20262.0I would like to make a complaint about my experience in your store yesterday. While I was waiting in the queue, I observed the cashier repeatedly touching his nose, ears and scratching his head while serving customers. He then continued handling and scanning food items without washing or sanitising his hands. I found this extremely unhygienic and very unpleasant to witness. To be honest, when I got home, I felt the need to wipe all of my shopping with alcohol wipes because I was so concerned about hygiene. I understand that people may occasionally touch their face without thinking, but this happened repeatedly throughout the time I was waiting in the queue. I believe this falls below acceptable hygiene standards, especially when handling customers' food items. I would appreciate it if this matter could be looked into.
