On multiple visits I have found some of the staff to be rude, impatient and more interested in rushing customers through than providing decent customer service. It makes shopping there unnecessarily unpleasant. Have personally witnessed alcohol and cigarettes being sold to people who looked underage without adequate age checks. Management should investigate urgently. Based on my experiences, I would give this store 0 stars if that were an option. Customer service and age-verification procedures both need addressing ASAP

The hound lady on tills tonight was really helpful and very friendly. I'm disabled so I really appreciated her putting my groceries in my bag. Support these stores because you'll regret it if it goes.
