  Decided to give this place another try after dismissing a previous bad experience as a one off. This visit confirms there are still major issues. Previously ordered three meals for take out, only received two, after being confidently assured everything was in the bag. This time we tried to dine in. 25 minutes for food to be prepared, other orders sat going cold in the prep area. When asked for a refund the staff didn’t know how to work the till. If the kitchen staff worked any slower they’d be going backwards. Zero customer service skills. Asked for complaints process, was ignored. While we were in store literally only one other meal was served.

  Had to review because the staff who just took my order were brilliant, appreciated it was near closing but still took my order. Food was great too, appreciate it and will be back 👍🏻

  A very under used fast foodies store. Parking just outside the door in a well lite area. Food is "fast food" but the pictures are larger than life ""

  Best BKing had in years. All cooked fresh and still hot after 7 minute drive home. Minor issue with the app order but the young lad was patient and helpful. I’m sure his name wasn’t Megan but that was the name on the receipt.
