  Convenient location. Great meal. Service was good and plenty of parking. The route around the carpark and access to drive thru is quite tricky (Not designed for large cars vehicles)

  Drive through anything but, 20 minute wait to put in an order only to be told they had run out of burger patties.

  I've given this place so many chances to improve, but it gets worse. How they keep the franchise is beyond me. Every time you go, they either shut early or block off the drive-through. I saw a member of staff put a burger patty in the deep fat fryer last night along with chicken nuggets I had ordered. I bit into the burger, and fat ran down my face. It was disgusting. I asked staff why the drive-through was closed because we are busy, and if we had, we would be going home at midnight. No other cars were behind me and no one else came in while i was waiting for my order. The burger I had ordered they had forgot the cheese, and also the dip I asked for with the chicken nuggets was missing too. I just lost my temper, moaning staff who couldn't care less. That is the last time i say to everyone don't waste your money my food ended up in the bin.

  Shockingly bad food and the lights were out on those serving that thought that it was ok to serve up what they did. Food (bacon) was uncooked and with cold burger - returned, changed - uncooked and had just been "microwaved" - slop ! Returned again. By now, others in the party had eaten when changed food was returned again. Overall I would suggest giving it a miss and maybe going KFC. Wanted to post a picture of what they considered as suitable to be served in exchange for hard earned cash.

  Initially tried ordering on the digital screens but there seemed to be an issue as it wouldn’t let me make my burger into a meal (order number/progress screen above counter was also inoperative). Communication issues at the counter where the staff member didn’t appear to know one of their specials and thought it was 2 burgers instead of one, very difficult to explain as English didn’t seem to be her first language. Ordered a £21 meal (Wagyu Wellington with extra patty) which was inedible as the burgers were totally burnt. Chips were like cardboard, will definitely not be back!
