    Bit run down but food is ok. Always dirty tables when I call here but think that’s a Burger King thing. Staff are great. Work very hard so would never call them.

    This has to be one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had at Burger King. I’d never visited this branch before, and honestly, first impressions were terrible. I walked in mid-morning and the place was completely empty. It actually looked almost derelict — lights off, no staff visible anywhere, and for a moment I genuinely wondered if it was even open. After looking towards the kitchen area, I noticed the staff sitting at the back. I ordered my food using the touchscreen and then stood waiting at the counter for someone to even acknowledge I was there. Eventually, a young lad came over, but there was no “hello,” no welcome, nothing. The only thing I got was, “It’s two minutes on your fries,” before he walked off again. Very cold and unwelcoming service. I sat down to wait and went on my phone for a few minutes replying to messages. After a while, I started wondering what was going on considering I was the only customer there. I went back to the counter only to find my food had been sitting there. Nobody called my number, nobody said my food was ready — absolutely no communication whatsoever. When I asked, “Is this mine?” I just got a blunt “yes.” Again, no apology for the wait, no “enjoy your meal,” nothing. The staff genuinely seemed like they couldn’t care less. It’s safe to say I won’t be returning. If I hadn’t happened to notice my food sitting there myself, it probably would have gone cold because of the complete lack of communication and customer service.
