I placed an order on the 17th August and I didn't get a confirmation so I placed the same order again and both times the payment was taken. I spoke to someone at the ormskirk branch who told me they would refund me..... After calling them 4 times in 2 weeks and sending 3 emails im still out of pocket? They ask my name and email address each time, the date I placed the order and how much it cost why do I need to keep giving the same information out??? The customer service it absolutely shite! I just want my money back that you owe me how is this hard to do? I've contacted th ombudsman and my bank now because im getting absolutely nothing back?

Is there a cheese shortage or something? Every time I give you guys grace and order again it’s a suggestion of cheese. Why is my pizza mostly sauce and toppings with no cheese. I’m not asking for an absurd amount but theres barely anything there. Why?
