- EGEmily GottJun 6, 20261.0Not had a very good experience at all. I ordered through the app (my first mistake) and when the order came, my customised burger was wrong and none of the chips arrived. I spoke to the virtual assistant on the app which was like talking to a brick wall, and then called this specific branch twice to talk about the missing food and wrong item, in which both times they said they couldn’t help and there wasn’t anything they could really do. What started as a chilled movie night with a McDonald’s has ended with us having to go to the branch in hopes for the order to actually be right. Won’t be ordering online or dealing with this branch again.

Ordered food at 11 pm on just eat, delivery said nearly there, then they cancelled the order at the last minute. Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been too. Always issues for takeaway and eating in. Avoid at all cost. Staff are useless, and always get the orders wrong too.
