Ordered food at 5pm for delivery, chased after an hour was lied to and told to wait a further half hour. Called back at 7.20 to explain we have a hungry family whats the hold up. Was told order won't be delivered with no explanation. Obviously not happy asked for the order to be refunded and they put the order down as delivered so I couldn't claim my money back. Absolute joke and Uber have accepted liability on there behalf and claimed that they failed at every step. Avoid this place management are a joke

I made an order tonight from you and the service was really bad when the pizza came it was stone cold the driver rung up saying that he got lost on the way when I rung up the store the guy on the phone was really rude and argumentative and didn’t want to send out a replacement pizza in the end he said he would an hour later. We run back up to see where the pizza was and he was getting argumentative to my partner and again, phone goes down halfway through a conversation for the second time we asked to speak to a manager apparently there’s no management in till Friday and I should be getting the money back on my card to which I probably won’t so see what happens on Friday if the manager is there and I wouldn’t recommend this place
