Very disappointing experience.
The biggest issue with this location is the lack of transparent pricing. When you walk in, the prices are not clearly displayed, making it difficult to know how much your order will cost before you commit to it.
As a tourist visiting Manchester, I ordered a custom made pizza and a small Double Pepperoni pizza. Only after ordering did I discover the actual prices: £24.79 for the custom pizza and £20.99 for the small Double Pepperoni. A discount was applied, bringing the final total to £37.36, but I still felt this was extremely expensive for what I received.
What made the experience even more frustrating was that when I later checked the Papa John's website, I found pickup deals showing small pizzas from around £10 and medium pizzas from around £12. This made the in-store prices I was charged seem significantly higher and left me feeling misled.
When I raised my concerns immediately after paying, I was told that nothing could be done because the receipt had already been processed. There was no attempt to explain the pricing or help resolve the situation.
The pizzas were average, but the lack of price transparency and poor customer service made this a very disappointing experience. If you're considering ordering from this location, I strongly recommend checking prices online before placing an order.

Ordered via Uber Eats and received items missing a key advertised ingredient. Uber issued a partial refund and closed the case with no further review available.
Contacted Papa John’s, who confirmed the product should not have been available to order at the time, but no resolution was offered.
Disappointing experience overall, especially given previous good orders. I’ll be reconsidering future purchases.

I visited your pizza shop recently after a long day and was quite disappointed with the service.
When I arrived, I was left waiting while a staff member was on her phone and did not acknowledge me, even when I said hello. After some time, another staff member (possibly the manager) served me, which I appreciated.
However, during the interaction, I was asked a personal question (“are you gay?”), which I found inappropriate and uncomfortable in a customer service setting.
I believe customers should be treated with respect and professionalism at all times. I hope you can address this with your staff to ensure a better experience for others in the future.
Poor customer service. I was ignored at the counter while a staff member was on her phone. Then I was asked an inappropriate personal question, which made me uncomfortable. This is not acceptable in a professional setting. I hope the staff are better trained going forward.

Pizza a domicilio in Inghilterra…. Mi aspettavo di peggio. Onesto prodotto con ingredienti più che sufficienti come qualità. Buona cottura e buon impasto. Consegna perfetta e tempestiva. Possibilità di editare le pizza a piacimento. Un po caro

Had a good experience at Papa John’s. The food was nice, but the service made it even better. Sachin was really friendly and helpful, making sure everything was sorted quickly and smoothly.
