Ordered through just eat! Dominoes make the pizza and dominoes delivery driver delivers!! The food came 30 mins late as was cold like had been left out for hours! I sent email to dominoes but they said I have to contact just eat!! I mentioned they didn’t cook the pizza or deliver it! Just eat said I should speak with dominoes as they delivered and cooked the food! Basically dominoes passing blame to a company who only took the order! Dominoes used their ovens their staff to cook and their staff to deliver! Yet don’t take any responsibility!! absolute awful service!!! O apology from driver for being late no message to say were busy! Just plain don’t give a toss

Ordered delivery on 5 October and the order turned up missing the drink and the large garlic & herb dip. I was told the missing items would be about five minutes, so I waited downstairs for them. It ended up being half an hour, and by the time they arrived my pizza was completely cold. I raised a complaint and was told no refund could be given because the items were "ultimately supplied", which ignores the whole problem: I paid for a hot meal and got a cold one after waiting outside for 30 minutes. I've ordered from Domino's hundreds of times, but after this experience and the response from customer services, I won't be ordering from this store again.

Ordered delivery cheesy garlic bread which was delicious and 7 chicken kickers but instead received 7 chicken strippers. I received the wrong food item which was very disappointing.

Wonderful pizza, perfectly cooked, wonderful flavours. Can't really go wrong with Domino's! Pizza was ready when we arrived and sooner than expected. Very hot and very delicious! Plus a complementary dip! No complaints here!

Ordered online Friday evening. Tracker said "delivered" a full 20 minutes before the driver actually showed up - 1 hour 20 minutes from ordering in total. Marking orders complete before they arrive looks suspiciously like a way to stop late deliveries triggering the refund policy. Food was fine when it finally landed, but that's not the point. Case open with customer service - let's see if they make it right.
