  How can it take 40 minutes to get your food at a so called fast food restaurant. Called in on the way home to Preston this afternoon and honestly wish we hadn't bothered. Yes it was busy Sunday but mostly due to the length of time it took to get people's orders out. Lots of people waiting half an hour or more with no real explanation other than "sorry it's really busy"!!!!! I could have driven home, fired up the BBQ and cooked my own burger quicker. Really need to sort it out. 0 stars for service would have been more appropriate.

  Waited 30 minutes for a Whopper Meal. There was about 10 people waiting and yet one bloke working. Nice food, but poor poor management on the end of a half term on a Sunday southbound from the lakes.

  Not enough staff clearly! One server peak time on a Saturday evening. Food being served luke warm, customers asking for cold fries to be swapped. No service with a smile by the one server just dumps food on counter, no interaction what so ever with customers. A simple thank you or enjoy your meal, nope! Crap atmosphere caused by incredibly slow service and unhappy customers. Avoid.

  Absolutely shit order management. Severely understaffed. Waited for my order for over 15 mins at a fast food place. Orders after our order numbers were getting their food first. Had to leave without my food because my coach was leaving. Waste of £21 pounds.

  We waited for like 40 minutes for our order. And it wasn’t prepared. Worst service! No one on the till. Only one chef to make our food. We spend £20 for NOTHING. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!
