  I am a passenger in a coach and the coach driver ordered a Pizza via uber eats, the store cancelled the order, the driver called to ask why they had cancelled the order, She started shouting at him down the phone, not dominoes standard, the woman working at 15.30pm 10/10/26 should lose her job no good customer service i witnessed

  Rude staff only called to ask why my order was cancelled and the lady on the call started shouting. Avoid this branch at all cost

  I ordered a pepperoni passion and it’s what I always order it’s usually ok but I have to say the pizza was pants ,hardly any cheese ,luke warm , was just a tomato puree pizza really it was not good , garlic bread was ok though whoever did the pizza needs a lesson that you add cheese and not just tomato and I like my pizzas hot not warm thanks

  Terrible attitude from the manager. There was an issue with paying online the transaction was going through but the order was not going to the store. Asking simple questions like what do we do? Or how do we get our money back? Was met with rude responses that ignored the question. Very unprofessional lady! Admittedly leading to my frustration but it was honestly like speaking to brick wall! Even when shown screen shots kept saying wrong store when was clearly inside the store it said. If faced with a professional lady it would of been dealt with easier but shes awful and rude and wouldn't answer a simple question. Would rather travel out of town until they have new staff!
