  Okay I’m not going to be a Karen here, the food is great don’t get me wrong. However service and time is poor I understand they have this £5 deal at the moment but it still don’t make it right to not answer phone calls for concerning customers. We waited an hour before we called to check up on our pizzas for an eta, I called 5 times no answer at all. We took a stroll down to the papa johns shop to ask in person but when we walked in no one wanted to speak to up they just looked at us like we were in a zoo behind a glass wall we stood around for 15-20 mins and no one still talked to us even though I tried to ask multiple times. We then got a phone call letting us know our driver was outside our place with the pizzas. Driver was great and nice as well 5 stars to him, however if they actually spoke to us we would have been told the driver was out with our pizzas. Don’t think I’ll be ordering again 🙃

  Ordered a pizza 1.5 hours ago. Still not here and can’t get through on the phone. Complete joke

  Very disappointing service . Ordered from Deliveroo it stated 1950 delivery time - no tracking available . No response from calling the company 4 times . The order finally arrived 40 minutes later .

  quite literally the worst papa johns experience i’ve ever had, ordered in early and when i arrived they asked me what i ordered then started making it, managers were very rude about it too accusing me of wrongdoing, I would never return again to this specific papa johns and feel that it was an experience that will never be matched in how I was treated.
