  I use to order from this papa John’s all the time, it was excellent. Last night when I ordered was appalling, pizza was greasy and looked like it was put together more then cut! Very upset and disappointed from this experience.

  Ordered in advance so I knew it would be around the time I wanted. Now 30 minutes after the time and the app says delivered. Phoned to ask why it says delivered to be told it's ok, it's just left. The girl I spoke to didn't seem to understand why I was annoyed that it said delivered if she had just seen the guy leave with it. I was then told it's just the way the app works. I'm not stupid, I have ordered from here before and never had this issue. It just makes them look like they are meeting the deadlines. Be honest and say your busy it will be with you soon. Food has now arrived 25 minutes after it said delivered. My son has taken it as he is starving and then said it's in barely warm.

  I would like to share an exceptional kindness showed to me by the team, especially a punjabi brother, when I was in a middle of a mobile dilemma, they offered me charger and reassurance and helped me which seems little but it was crucial for me at that point where I was confused and clueless about what to do. I regained my hope in humanity and my family and me decided that we will be the customers of this Papa johns store rest of our life, a small token of love, God bless them for the kindness.

  Ordered a couple of pizzas for delivery for my family. Next minute I get an email telling me there has been a problem with my order yet they have taken the money out of my account. Absolute joke!
