Wouldn't eat here again. Food was burnt. Service appalling. Expensive for burnt food. They were really busy? Should employ more staff!
Really impressed by Tesco cafe.
Clean, spacious, and friendly staff.
The mushrooms on toast are excellent, and I really enjoy the scones too.
Obviously, it's a supermarket cafe, but full marks for what it is!
Decent food at sensible prices in a pleasant atmosphere.

Only stopped off for a coffee as called in for a sandwich. Not the cheapest and do not think the food is worth there prices.

My wife and I used to enjoy visiting Tesco Café at Euxton, Chorley, but sadly our recent visits have become more stressful than enjoyable.
The problem is not the staff themselves—they appear to be working hard. The problem is that there never seem to be enough of them. The person taking orders may also have to clean tables, deliver meals when the cook rings the bell, wrap knives and forks, and sometimes make the drinks.
This means the queue can be left standing while these other jobs are done. I am 79 years old, and if I am third or fourth in the queue, I can be standing for more than ten minutes before I even place my order. At my age, that puts a terrible strain on me.
I understand that Tesco may want to keep café prices low, but at what cost? Staff are rushed, customers are kept waiting, and what should be a pleasant visit becomes stressful.
Unfortunately, unless the staffing and organisation improve, my wife and I will not be visiting again.
