  The pizza was perfect — hot and on time. But what stood out was *Nibin* delivering it with a genuine smile. Great service, great experience. Thank you!

  I was just disregarded for a phone call upon standing at the counter, and then I asked about options vs what I had seen in leyland, was told to order on the app, and he went to make pizzas with no further conversation.. terrible.. you're not having my money.

  Delivery man was really nice and smiley and it came really quick and hot. He was called mushtaq , really pleasant man :)

  Irshad is absolutely incredible! That man delivered the food in quick speed and was very nice talking to me, asked how I was, told me to enjoy my food and very politely asked me to leave a review. This guy deserves a raise, so you better make him the CEO of dominos. I vote Irshad for president xx

  Ordered online. Payment taken. No order processed and no food delivered (system error at dominos end) I phoned and spoke to manager at chorley store who was very unhelpful. I was told payment would be cancelled and returned to my account in 1-2 hours. Its been 12 days and payment has still not been cancelled/refunded. Sent numerous emails and tweets and had no response at all. Customer service is appalling, I won't be buying from dominos ever again due to this experience. I literally have to wait now 29 days for paypal to cancel and clear the charge.
