  Had the plant based whopper andveganroyals, very good and will be having next time we visit. By the way we aren't not vegetarian.

  Ordered the ultimate breakfast bap and was given a single sausage bap with just cheese nothing else no sauce, was very dry and had a plastic taste to it. Staff was rude Paid £12 for something that cost £3

  Myself and one other person in my group decided to come here for food in the form of dinner at Charnock Richards M6 Service Station on the way home from Blackpool/Lancashire. The facilities here were very good and clean as well the tables located here. The customer service and general experience at Burger King. The food we had was clearly displayed on the menu and offers were expressed also that be said the 20 piece Chicken Nuggets were nice and also the Onion Rings as well with the onion staying in the ring which is something I found as a sign of good onion rings and has been something that other places I have visited falling out of said rings. The other person with me in the group had a nice meal as well and we both were also satisfied with the quality of the chips/fries as well. The only downside I would say about the experience is that despite having a facility ro refill drinks customers are only allowed the original first fill and no more which I somwhat disagree with but also understand as the business has to make money and unlimited refills would cause delays in the turnover of customers, however this would have been nice to been able to refill my drink if only one extra time.   I recently visited Burger King, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The service was extremely slow, even though it wasn’t very busy at the time. I waited much longer than expected just to receive my order. To make matters worse, when I finally got my food, part of my order was missing. I had to go back to the counter and wait again to have it corrected, which added even more time to the visit. The overall experience felt unorganized and frustrating. The food itself was average, but the slow service and missing items really took away from the experience. I hope they improve their speed and accuracy in the future.
